Ålesund Boligutvikling (“Alebo”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected via alebo.no. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, the plot form or the “We'll call you” form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect anything beyond what you submit yourself.

What the data is used for

The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry – for example calling you back at the agreed time, answering questions or assessing a plot. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in following up enquiries you have initiated yourself.

Sharing and data processors

Enquiries are delivered to us as email via the provider Resend, and SMS notifications are sent via the provider ClickSend. Both process the data solely on our behalf. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

alebo.no uses no tracking or analytics tools. We only store two functional settings in your browser: your chosen language and your chosen colour theme. Neither contains any personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow them up. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and you can contact us at any time to request this. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
